✅ Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately.

Please make sure to review all product details, quantity, and delivery information before placing your order.

 

❌ Change of Mind

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after the order is confirmed or delivered.

This includes personal scent preferences or gift rejections.

 

🛠️ If There’s an Error from Our Side

If you receive a product that is:

Incorrect

Damaged during packing

Defective (e.g. leaking bottle, broken packaging)

We will gladly:

Offer a replacement, if available

Or issue a full refund, if the issue cannot be resolved

Note: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photo or video proof.
